The Cypress Church Alton Darby Campus is located on Alton Darby Creek Road between Feder Road and National Road SW. As a church serving the communities in Columbus, OH, Cypress Church offers ministries for children, youth, young adults, men, women, and more.

Meet Jackson Murphy, our Alton Darby Campus Pastor

Jackson serves as Co–Senior Pastor, Alton Darby Campus Pastor, and Small Group Director across all Cypress campuses. He leads with a heart to reach Central Ohio and beyond with the hope of Jesus. Known for his gift of teaching God’s Word and his genuine care for people, Jackson brings energy, authenticity, and a deep love for the local church.

Services are about 60 minutes, and you can come just as you are.

About Cypress Alton Darby

Cypress Church started in 1920 on Cypress Avenue in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Cypress purchased the property that is now known as the Alton Darby campus in the early '70s and opened the 1,200-seat auditorium in 2010. The Alton Darby campus is our largest campus with over 75 acres.

Arriving for the first time

On your first visit, stop by the Next Steps Center, where a member of our team will greet you. If you are checking in children, they will direct you to the Kids Check-In area, where our Kids Team will walk you through the first-time check-in process and lead you to your child’s classroom. We recommend arriving about 15–20 minutes early.

Checking in kids and students

Parents check in their kids before service. Once your child is registered for the first time, simply enter your phone number into one of the self-service or assisted kiosks to receive your child's name tag. You will receive a matching pick-up receipt which will be required to pick your child up after service. Jr High and High School Students are able to check themselves into service using the self-service kiosk.
