Central Services Administrative Coordinator
20-25 hrs/week
The Central Services Administrative Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting our central services team, at the broadcast campus, by managing visitor interactions, coordinating supplies, preparing materials, and handling essential administrative tasks. If you're detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment this might be the job for you.
Requirements

- Ability to think strategically ahead and plan accordingly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various platforms that help manage projects and church data records
- Ability to complete projects by given deadlines
- A desire and pursuit of being a regular attender of Cypress Church, being a member of a small group/serving team, and consistent tithing
- Strong belief and solid knowledge of the mission and core values of Cypress Church
- Teachable, with a desire to grow in their faith and abilities
- A good role model
- Handle sensitive and confidential information
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for office visitors; provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Inventory, price, order, receive, and distribute office supplies on weekly basis
- Set up, print, cut, and distribute print materials. Maintain stock and supply inventory for Central Service team, which supports ministry for all Cypress campuses
- Create and maintain registration/web forms as needed to support events and other church activities
- Assist with special projects as needed
- Attend required staff meetings
- Other duties as assigned
